We are looking for a dedicated property maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring our property is maintained and presentable.

Duties

  1. Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on our properties
  2. Carry out a variety of handyman tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and general property maintenance.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues in a timely manner.

Education

  • Diploma in civil construction or any relevant qualification.

Experience

  • 2 -3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong practical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.

Skills

  • Proven planning, scheduling, or time management and communication skills
