This role will involve assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, managing financial records and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both real estate processes and accounting principles, with the ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment.

Duties

  • Setting Rent Price in line with market dynamics
  • Maintain and update property management database
  • Communicate with clients, vendors and tenants regarding property -related matters
  • Manage tenant’s complaints and issues.
  • Advertise and market the rental vacancies to achieve 100% occupancy
  • Manage scheduling for property inspections, meetings and appointments
  • Screen and approves potential tenants.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, contracts and legal documentation
  • Process invoices, receipts and payments
  • Maintain financial records and ensure that all the accounts are reconciled.
  • Prepare reports related to cash flow, budgets and other financial matters.
  • Conduct property maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee on -site employees
  • Manage the profitability of the property.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Planning, Land Administration or Accounting/Finance or any relevant qualification.

Experience

  • 2 -3 years in real estate or property management. Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes and regulations.

Skills

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, strong problem -solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
