As the Area Lead, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring that all agents in your area have everything they need to successfully promote Mukuru services and sign-up new customers. You’ll be responsible and accountable for leading team leaders and field agents across your area, ensuring they are fully onboarded, supported, and consistently meeting their performance goals.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching and developing others, and is passionate about finding new opportunities for growth. You'll be tasked with implementing sales strategies, managing marketing collateral, scouting new areas for agent deployment, and tracking agent performance to help your team reach their full potential.
