As a People Learning Facilitator, you will play a critical role in identifying training needs, designing engaging learning experiences, and delivering impactful interventions that support both individual and business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring our employees have the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles while aligning learning initiatives with Mukuru’s strategic goals.
Assess training needs and skill gaps to develop targeted learning solutions.
Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs aligned with business objectives.
Continuously improve development initiatives to support career progression and succession planning.
Create and implement innovative training programs (including in-person, e-learning, and blended learning).
Lead engaging training sessions that enhance knowledge retention and application.
Ensure that onboarding programs set up new employees for success.
Provide reboarding sessions for employees requiring additional support or refreshers.
Regularly evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
Ensure that training materials are up to date, effective, and aligned with best practices.
Use data and metrics to inform training decisions, track impact, and report progress to stakeholders.
Work closely with managers to identify learning needs and support team development.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning opportunities.
Collaborate with the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to leverage funding and compliance opportunities.
Utilize HRIS and learning management systems to track training completion and effectiveness.
Drive adoption of new learning technologies and platforms.
Manage learning records and ensure accurate reporting of training initiatives.
Research and introduce new learning activities and methodologies.
Align training strategies with evolving business needs and industry trends.
Contribute to special projects that impact learning and development.
