We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Monitoring Analyst to join our Sales Agent Support team. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing performance through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sign-ups, cards issued/activated).
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Group Agent Support Manager, Sales Managers and Jnr Agent Support Managers to provide actionable insights.
  • Support forecasting and target-setting processes with historical data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Accuracy and timeliness of performance reports
  • Improvement in sales team productivity metrics
  • Reduction in reporting errors or data discrepancies
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with insights and reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a performance analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • SQL or other data querying languages
  • Experience in a sales-driven or target-based environment
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and funnel management
